Terms of Use
1. General Agreement
1.1. “SIA Headline Consult,” registration No. 40103583109, legal address: Urbāna iela 5, Baloži, LV-2128, Latvia, actual address: Pildas iela 15, Rīga, LV-1035, Latvia (hereinafter referred to as PIXSEL.SHOP), provides the content available on the website www.pixsel.shop (hereinafter referred to as the Website) and delivers services under the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms include provisions on product delivery, product returns, and other terms and policies of the company, as presented on the Website in relation to certain functions, elements, or advertisements. A customer service department is also included, all forming part of these Terms and Conditions. By accessing or using the Website, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions, understand them, and agree to comply with them without limitations or reservations.
1.2. PIXSEL.SHOP reserves the right to modify the Terms of Use without notice.
1.3. If a consumer purchases goods (hereinafter referred to as “Products”) offered on the PIXSEL.SHOP Website via the Internet, such a mutual agreement is considered a Distance Contract and is subject to the regulations governing Distance Contracts, including but not limited to Directive 97/7/EC of the European Parliament and Council on consumer protection concerning Distance Contracts, the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia, and Cabinet of Ministers Regulations on Distance Contracts.
2. Privacy
2.1. The processing of registration data will be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Law.
2.2. The information you provide will not be shared with third parties or used for other purposes without your prior consent, except when necessary to fulfill orders (e.g., arranging deliveries).
2.3. During the registration process, you will not be asked for financial information—only data necessary for payment and delivery documentation. The consumer consents to the processing of their personal data.
2.4. By using our website www.pixsel.shop, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and accept it.
3. Accuracy of Information
3.1. When providing product descriptions available on the Website, we strive to be as accurate as possible. However, PIXSEL.SHOP cannot guarantee that all information on the Website is fully up-to-date, including product descriptions (colors, etc.), as updates may occur.
3.2. Product descriptions are for informational purposes only, and the use of such information does not create legal obligations between the Website visitors and its creators. The company is not responsible for the quality of product images as they depend on the technical capabilities of the buyer’s monitor.
3.3. The product assortment is regularly updated, and PIXSEL.SHOP assumes no responsibility if certain products are unavailable or cannot be delivered.
4. Product Prices and Payment
4.1. Product prices on the Website are indicated without delivery costs.
4.2. Prices and product offers may change without prior notice. If the actual product price differs from the one indicated on the Website, PIXSEL.SHOP will contact you to agree on the further course of action. If PIXSEL.SHOP fails to reach you, the order will be canceled.
4.3. Payments can be made via: prepayment (bank transfer), bank cards, Paysera payment system, or cash (upon receiving the goods at our store).
4.4. After placing an order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided.
5. Product Delivery
5.1. Delivery fees and times are determined based on the chosen delivery method.
5.1.1. Delivery to Omniva parcel machines in Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia costs €3.50.
5.1.2. Courier delivery in Latvia, Lithuania or Estonia costs €10.00.
5.1.3. Pickup from the DetailingMania store at Pildas iela 15, Rīga, LV-1035, during store working hours is free of charge.
5.2. Delivery time, if all goods are in the Riga warehouse:
• For “Pickup” delivery, the order will be ready within 6 business hours after payment confirmation.
• For “Omniva Parcel Machines” delivery, goods will be handed over to Omniva the next day after payment is received, typically reaching the destination parcel machine within 2 business days.
• For “Courier” delivery, goods will be handed over to the courier the next day after payment, with delivery to the recipient usually taking 1-2 business days.
6. Product Returns and Withdrawal Rights
6.1. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days and return the product to PIXSEL.SHOP. A return request must be sent to info@pixsel.shop.
6.2. Product returns are handled in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of Latvia.
6.3. Upon withdrawal from the purchase, the amount paid for the product will be transferred to the bank account specified in the withdrawal form within 15 days of receiving the product.
6.3.1. Delivery fees will not be refunded upon withdrawal.
6.4. Conditions for returning products:
6.4.1. The product must be returned in its complete set as delivered by the seller, including all components and the original packaging. Otherwise, the return may be denied.
6.4.2. Mandatory return documents:
• An invoice (if payment was made via bank transfer) OR a receipt.
• A completed withdrawal form, which must be included with the returned goods.

6.5. By starting to use the purchased product, the buyer confirms that it matches the order, and the product can no longer be returned.
6.6. According to Clause 12, Paragraph 6 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of Latvia, “the consumer is responsible for preserving the quality and safety of the product during the withdrawal period.” Therefore, PIXSEL.SHOP reserves the right to deny the withdrawal if the product has been used, damaged, or returned in non-original or significantly damaged packaging.
6.7. Product descriptions and images are for informational purposes only. The use of the provided information does not create legal obligations between the online store visitors and its creators. Prices and product offers in the online store may change without notice. We do not guarantee the complete accuracy of the provided information.
6.8. If the product packaging is damaged during transportation, affecting the product’s quality or usability, the buyer must send a claim to info@pixsel.shop within 2 business days of receiving the order, including a problem description and photos of the damaged goods. If the claim is validated, the damaged product may be replaced. PIXSEL.SHOP is not responsible for additional losses the buyer might incur due to the damaged product.
6.9. If an order has been paid for, but the product is unavailable, the order amount will be refunded to the buyer within 48 hours. Payment fees will not be refunded.
6.10. The online store purchasing process is governed by the Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 207, “Regulations on Distance Contracts,” dated May 28, 2002.
7. Force Majeure
7.1. PIXSEL.SHOP is not responsible for delays in fulfilling obligations or failures to fulfill them, arising from circumstances or obstacles beyond its reasonable control. These include, but are not limited to, strikes, government orders, military action or a national state of emergency, terrorism threats or acts, environmental or climatic anomalies, third-party non-fulfillment, internet connection disruptions, or failures of computer equipment and software. In such force majeure cases, we will attempt to resolve the delays as soon as possible.
